We come to visit the site so we can get a thorough understanding of your requirements and produce an estimate that is as accurate as possible.
We prepare a detailed estimate with each job and task fully itemised, so you know exactly what you’re getting. We’re happy to talk you through it to make sure you understand what’s included.
Once you’re happy, you pay a small deposit to book in the work. Don’t worry if we haven’t agreed every single detail at this stage, we know that some things may still change, this just makes sure we can meet your schedule.
We agree a programme of works and payment schedule before the project starts. After your initial payment, work begins.
We make sure the project remains on time and on budget and that you are always kept up to date.
Work completed and we fix any snagging issues if needed to make sure you are 100% happy.
Final payment and project review.
